Visa Procedure

The Government has laid down certain rules under immigration Act 1979 for manpower recruitment on behalf of Overseas Employers. We would require the following documents to proceed with. Based on that, we require the following documents: (for clients based in K.S.A)

  • Copy of the Visa Payment Slip (Ammar Tehsil / Bayan Mehna)
  • Electronic Wakala from Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Demand Letter – attested from Chamber of Commerce & Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Power of Attorney - attested from Chamber of Commerce & Ministry of Foreign Affairs
